I was really disappointed with the vegetarian ramen at this restaurant. It lacked flavor and was shockingly bare in terms of vegetables. The only "veggies" included were corn and chickpeas, seriously, chickpeas? And DRY ONIONS! As a vegetarian, I expect a ramen loaded with fresh, vibrant vegetables, but this missed the mark completely.
The sushi was good, which somewhat redeemed the experience, but the service was another letdown. Having to place your own order through your phone might work for some, but it felt impersonal and inconvenient.

We sat for not very long when a lady arrived and said ‘you can’t be here’ then explained the place wasn’t open and if we wanted to stay we would have to wait. It says online the restaurant opens at 12 and the website let us book a slot for 12 and also sent us a confirmation of this time. We felt very unwelcome/uncomfortable and confused as to why we were let in and told to sit down if it wasn’t open. Our son loves one piece and dragon ball z as-well as sushi and ramen which is why we booked but it was a shame we didn’t get the experience we expected. The main issue was the preparation time, which took nearly two hours. The delay seemed to start with a communication problem; when I called the restaurant to check on the order, I was told they weren't even partnered with Glovo. This was confusing, as I had placed the order through the app.
It was only after I contacted Glovo support that the restaurant began preparing my order. Unfortunately, the preparation still took two hours, which is unreasonable for a delivery service.
