In many places that cater to a mass audience, the curries are often a simple, homogenous blend—an amalgamation that sacrifices depth for speed. Here, it was the absolute opposite. The gravy was rich, textured, and complex, clearly built on layered, slow-cooked spices and ingredients. It was exactly the nuanced, traditional base I had been searching for. ​This meal felt like it was crafted with genuine love and dedication, made specifically to deliver a truly authentic Indian experience. For anyone yearning for the real, uncompromised flavors of Indian food, I cannot recommend Spice & Grill highly enough. It is a genuine highlight and a true testament to authentic Indian cooking.

Mexicans would swim across the Atlantic if they knew about this restaurant. I had a Mexican dish and my companion had an Indian and we both said that the food was some of the finest we've ever had. A particular shout-out goes to the man who encouraged us to dine here, who was extremely helpful. Some dishes, including the ones we had, are on the expensive side but many would argue that you pay for the quality. Another thing is the lack of desert options, so I would suggest going elsewhere for that (we went to a local ice cream stall). Spice Grill is an Indian restaurant in Torremolinos which serves Indian and Tex Mex dishes. This combination was very off-putting to me initially but actually they have a reduced menu to accommodate the different cuisines. I thought both were done very well. I was in the mood for Indian so I had the Vegetable Biryani, this was well spiced and super flavourful in the generoys portion size you expect with a Biryani. We also had the Tarka Dhal which was once again very flavourful with perfectly cooked lentils. Overall I really enjoyed my meal here.
