Saona Torrent — Restaurant in Torrent

Our first contact with Spain we wanted to try tge food and we went with our family to have a dinner and we were expencting to have some good spanish dishes but unfortunately all the food was cold and the taste of the food was unbelievable bad sweet and salty in the same time,barbecue souce on top of all the foods and when we asked nicely to bring us warm food because our dishes were really cold like they left them for a while before bringing it to us they didn't even payed attention to our request they just took the plate and reheated it.In every restaurants when the food is cold they are obliged by the regulations to give you a new plate of food not to reheat the same food. The staff simply ignored us when we told them we didn't like any of our dishes in the most shocking way. We just paid, and we left. This is not hospitality at any level. Worse restaurant and experience in our lives, and we have been in some countries and tried many restaurants, but this one, I literally have no words to describe it. Btw the menu has only a couple of choices, which are not enough. It's quite expensive as well. A fast food will be much cheaper and tasty than this restaurant. Hoppe, the management will do something about it as it is not ok to behave like this with customers. I wouldn't give any star, but I can't write a review without...

Very bad food . So upset with it . Food arrived cold and staff look like they dont give a S”””t about . Patatas souna Cold 🥶 Tacos 🥶 Burger 🥶 and secreto Ibérico cold 🥶 Waiting for the salsa to get hot I use to come here but not anymore please so many nice food places in Torente , stay away from the crap food , disgusting , slow service Just passed the kitchen there are over 20 plates waiting to be served ! We all had the evening menú for 12,95€, plus the cost of a drink. All of the food was excellent. If you want large portions, this is not the place for you, but all of the food was great. I had the Asian Chile wings, chicken teriyaki over basmati rice and the banoffee pie. They also had poke bowl options, ribs, octopus, solomillos de pollo, cheesecakes and more. The only dessert that I didn’t care for was the brownie. The banoffee was like a Carmel banana pudding. I would order everything...
