Wel wel , nieuw menu en deze keer in de roos . Ik nam het ‘varkenshaasje ‘ met chimichurri en gegrilde groentjes : top gegaard vlees met een lekker sausje op basis van tomaat en paprika , vermoed ik , zo een lekker sausje dat ik de chimichurri eigenlijk bijna vergat . Top gerecht. En als dessert aanbeveling een soort van mix van Apple crumble sabayon ( zonder de alcohol) en crème brulee . Topper zonder meer . Een tien op tien
