I am writing this review to express our disappointment following a recent visit to your restaurant, where we dined as a party of eight.

From the outset, the experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered our drinks, 4 starters, and 8 main courses. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked the waitress how long it would be before we got the starters? The waitress said she would go check. She never came back to tell us. Five minutes later, our main courses started coming out. I said we haven't had the starters yet. The waitress said, "The kitchen had forgotten to do them, so we couldn't have them as all the mains were ready and coming out." (There was no apology) During the meal, we requested additional drinks, only to be told that, "We are busy serving other tables at the moment we will get to us as soon as we can." After 30 minutes and after witnessing a second round of drinks being taken to another table, we asked again if we could order some drinks. This time, we hit the jackpot and ordered them. (Again, no apology for the delay.) We arrived at the restaurant at 7pm and left just after 10pm. During that time, we only had 2 drinks. When the bill arrived, we checked it only to find 1 bottle of wine, 3 pints of beer, 2 bottles of 0.0 beer, half a glass of beer, and a bottle of water had been added to our bill, drinks we had never had. When we told the waitress, she just said, "oh." And took the bill away and brought an updated bill. AND once again, no apology. It became increasingly clear that the restaurant was understaffed and unable to manage the number of pre-booked tables effectively. We had a similar experience on our last visit here. However, we thought we would give it another go. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse. Therefore, it is very unlikely we will be...

Having read good food reviews we headed to the bottom end of Torrevieja. Parking was free on the main road , a short walk from. The restaurant. It is situated in a row of restaurants/bars overlooking the sea. Cars can park on the rocky area sea side which takes away the view a little but is convenient I guess!

The seating area is an under cover outside area for the most part, with a couple of tables nearest the sea in the open. The indoor area is quite small but I imagine most people would choose to sit outside, as did we.

Unfortunately the weather turned and clouds of dusty sand were billowing into the outside space so everyone decamped inside!

The 2 ladies serving, both very British, were lovely and got everyone setup inside.

Probably by their own admission, not somewhere you would go for a 'posh' meal, or a quiet romantic evening, but popular with around 10 tables in on a Tuesday evening.

The menu had lots of options, and we chose a meat skewer and nachos. Tables near us had carbonara, fajitas, and schnitzel. The food was fairly quick to come out and the portion size was very good.

The food looked and tasted really good. Not a la carte but very tasty.

Prices were reasonable with the skewer around €17 and the nachos with chilli €9.

We didn't sample the desserts as were full but a good selection available if you wanted one.

All in all, we were initially disappointed on arrival , visually, but the food was as good as the reviews we had seen and the staff were friendly. Worth a visit if you are...

We asked for a menu and have been waiting for so long to have our order taken, only to find out that the server who brought us drinks before doesnt accept food orders. So we waited, maybe he would ask the lady who takes food orders to come up to as, he didnt. I came to that lady myself and asked if anyone will ever receive our order, she said they were busy and asked to wait, after which she kept accepting other peoples orders, but absolutely ignored the part of the restaurant, where we set. When we just came, we had like 35 mins before the kitchen was suppossed to close and after all the time of waiting, we finally left, since were got really sick of the way they treat their customers and the kitchen was obviously closed by that time. If ya all are busy, at least let us know about that without having to come up to you personally and tell us u think you wouldnt be able to make the food instead of bringing the damn menu,...

Decent service, decent drinks, decent food. Great views, good prices and a lot of fun. Would recommend if you are living close by but not to go out of your way and drive there. You definitely play for the location by the beach and nothing else.
