I had the gofre with chocolate and whipped cream at Gofres Manneken Pis, and it was honestly unforgettable. The waffle was warm, perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside—exactly how it should be. The chocolate was rich and silky, not overly sweet, and the whipped cream was fresh and light, the perfect contrast. It all came together in the most satisfying way. Aunque no somos grandes aficionados a los dulces, de vez en cuando nos permitimos disfrutar de un buen gofre, especialmente cuando visitamos una nueva ciudad. Por eso, decidimos probar este puesto de gofres que nos habían recomendado, ¡y no nos decepcionó en absoluto!

Eran las 23:00 horas un viernes y, a pesar de la larga cola, la espera valió la pena. Los gofres son caseros, elaborados con una masa redonda y esponjosa que, al pasar por la gofrera, se transforman en una delicia. No exagero al decir que, hasta ahora, ha sido el mejor gofre que hemos probado en nuestra vida.

Y eso que no somos muy de dulces, pero este gofre definitivamente merece que uno se deje llevar por la tentación....
