Museo del Mar y de la Sal — Attraction in Torrevieja

Its not that big of a place but we were pleasantly surprised at how much they actually had going on in there. There's quite a few exhibits and as others have said, the models are pretty cool. It's free to enter, and there's no way to actually make a donation or anything so you don't feel obliged to give, and don't feel as though anyone is expecting you to give. Free to enter. Most of the exhibits are in spanish only, which makes understanding them a bit more difficult. Thankfully Google Translate helped. Nice models of boats and photographs that told their own story. I particularly liked the salt models of boats and buildings. There's plenty of sea fairing items from the past but no memo to explain what they are for, I thought thus was a shame. Nothing to write home about as it was small. However it was an informative museum in a very narrow scope. You can always do your own research to dig in further on the stories and facts presented. The museum is not a bad...
