My experience with Parasailing Torrevieja was quite disappointing, to say the least. The entire ordeal began with a frustrating 20-minute wait, only to be informed that the activity was cancelled due to supposedly windy conditions. However, this left me baffled as there was an apparent absence of any significant wind anywhere in sight. It felt like a letdown right from the start.

The most puzzling part was when the staff mentioned that the cancellation was in accordance with what the captain had indicated. Oddly enough, the water was remarkably calm, and there was no evidence of the anticipated strong winds. It was as if they were using this explanation as a convenient cover-up for a poorly managed situation.

Adding to my frustration, they had managed to send out a few people for parasailing just 15 minutes before our cancellation. This inconsistency in their actions left me feeling like I had been treated unfairly and that the cancellation wasn't warranted in the first place.

What made matters worse was that I hadn't even brought my phone along since I assumed I wouldn't need it during the activity. Unfortunately, this meant that I had no means of receiving timely updates or communication, as I didn't have access to the internet where I was staying. It's disappointing that they didn't consider alternative ways of notifying customers, especially in cases like mine.

To top it all off, the refund process was an entirely separate headache. It took a frustratingly long six days before they finally processed the refund for the cancelled activity. This only added to my growing frustration and cemented my belief that the overall experience with Parasailing Torrevieja was far from satisfactory.

As soon as the boat picked up speed and I was slowly lifted into the air, I was overwhelmed by the stunning view of the coastline and the open sea. We had the most amazing experience with the company. My son wanted to do para sailing for the first time for his 15th birthday and so we booked onto this experience for him and his dad.
