Nautilius Lunch bar — Restaurant in Torrevieja

The views are amazing, as it's very close to the sea, with just some rocks in between. That's definitely the strongest plus point.

The food was good, and the service was nice, attentive, and quick.

We went on a Friday for lunch, and it was fairly easy to park nearby.

However, a few tables further there was a group of 6 adults with 4 kids (probably 6 or 7 years old) who made our time there, sadly, quite unpleasant. No parent stopped their bad behaviour, nor did any waiter or manager of the place.

Maybe some other time we are in Spain we can give it another try and hope it...

Very Rude Staff. Not interested in accommodating you. The older staff turn their nose up at you. We ordered coffee and pastries, our server repeated our order and still got it wrong. When we corrected her she completely forgot to rectify the error and we had to remind her what she forgot to bring. I believe that customer service starts from the top and feeds its way down to the junior staff. I would not...

El domingo pasado 11 de mayo fuimos a tomar unas cervezas y el trato de una trabajadora llamada Eva nos ha tratado con desprecio, con malas palabras, altiva, rozando la mala educación y el pésimo trato al cliente o comensal. Nos ha parecido chocante que una persona tan desagradable se dedique a la hostelería y tratar a la gente demostrando que lo haces sin ganas. El asunto fue que pedimos unas cervezas y como clientes consideramos que, al no parecernos de buena calidad, con todo el respeto y educación del mundo (cosa que la trabajadora carecía bastante) se lo hicimos saber y ahí empezaron las malas palabras de parte de Eva, las malas caras, el pésimo trato y una actitud que desde luego, la representa. Pagamos, nos fuimos y prometemos no volver a un negocio donde LO ÚNICO QUE RECIBÍ (junto a mis amigos) ES UNA MALA...
