Restaurante Chimy Vibes — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Last week me and two friends went here to try out this foodtruck, located at the market next to Mercadona in Torrevieja centrum. We went for a sharing menu for 3 people, it cost 45 euros. The service was Nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was good. We got nachos and drinks fast, and we didnt have to wait long for our big sharing plate with salads, sides and many different meats from the grill. All the meat was tasty and tender, the chips seems hand cut and was very good. Salad was fresh and also very tasty. Empanadas was big and the filling was very good. Nice Argentinian steak house with a very cozy atmosphere. We ordered the mixed grill for 2 persons and were informed that all the meat will be well done. If we wanted the meat prepared differently then we had to order the premium option which only included meat (no chicken or sausages) at a higher price. Chimy Vibes in Torrevieja is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Argentinian cuisine. The asado argentino was absolutely spectacular—perfectly cooked and full of rich, smoky flavors.
