We went on the salt lake tour. The ticket lady was very friendly. It was our last day in Torrevieja, so we had our suitcase and the baby stroller. They let us take those things on the train. We are grateful for that! The tour was okay. The guide was a very nice girl, but she spoke poor English. I was a bit misled, because I thought the tour would include both the beaches and the lake, but it wasn't the case. I guess, if I could do it again, I would go on the beach tour instead. We paid 30 euros for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

very rude woman doing the sale of the train tickets, rude and unprofessional! apparently doesn't realize that the polite paying tourists who politely ask for explanations about the route make sure she has a job. femme très grossière faisant la vente des billets de train, grossière et non professionnelle ! ne se rend apparemment pas compte que les touristes payants polis qui demandent poliment des explications sur l'itinéraire s'assurent qu'elle a un travail. Cette personne n'appartient pas au secteur du tourisme, donne une très mauvaise réputation aux personnes qui comptent bien dans le secteur du tourisme. Elle a tout de suite compris que je n'apprécie pas son attitude grossière !

Sie hat sofort verstanden, dass ich ihre unhöfliche Haltung nicht schätze!

Esta persona no pertenece al sector turístico, da muy mala fama a las personas que tienen buenas intenciones en el sector turístico. ¡Inmediatamente entendió que no aprecio su actitud grosera!
