Safari Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Torrevieja

The place is an old brasilian place now rubbed by a couple - it’s a nice place but the menu is a little bit all over the place (not a specific kitchen) and which I get given they just opened 2 months ago. So if they get a chance to run this for a while this could be a really nice spot.

Food (the family): wildboar stew - was really good, the meat fell apart when eating it and tasted good, the only thing is that I would have preferred it a bit more seasoned. Ribeye - nicely cooked meat with cooked onions on top, which was nice. Meat (don’t remember what) with chimichurri and that was really good - the meat itself was also nicely cocked. All of the above was served with large fried potatoes which were really nice.

To dessert we had chocolate muffin sufflé i think he called it. That was really nice!

Service - again, given they are by themselves and also cook it could be a bit slow, but it’s ok as long as they recognise this and being so nice.

Un ambiente fantástico y platos típicos brasileños 🇧🇷 donde puedes degustar los platos más típicos al estilo callejero transportandote con sus sabores locales a este maravilloso país. Tienes una bandeja de degustación "Ración safari": Yuca frita Calabresa (una salchicha ahumada brasileña buenísima 🤤) Frango a passarinho (pollo troceado muy fino y sazonado especular!) Chicharrón (torreznos muy fritos y crujientes) Picaña encebollada, (la reina de las carnes brasileñas) 🙌🏼 con las guarniciones de : harina de yuca, salsa estilo gaucha y una ensalada fresca de col con vinagreta. Seguimos con: Pastel de carne con queijo: una masa súper inflada, al cortarla se deshincha y va rellena de carne picada con queso con varias opciones como pollo desmenuzado. Rematamos con la burguer maestra: X-Porco: carne de cerdo desmenuzada y adobada en salsa barbacoa, lechuga,repollo y queso cheddar

Came here for my husbands Birthday meal, the atmosphere was amazing, the music was not too loud, the restaurant inside is really fancy and beautiful, the staff was really friendly, the food was really delicious, I would definitely recommend attending this restaurant, as we will be coming back for more delicious food...
