Vivo en el barrio y soy cliente desde que abrieron, hace ni se cuantos años. La calidad de la comida ha ido bajando gradualmente desde el primer día, aunque aun sigue estando buena, pero ya no es tan espectacular como fue. Sin embargo, lo preocupante es el servicio, que no tiene nada que ver con el de los primeros años cuando atendían Andrea y su mujer y estaban encima de cada pequeño detalle. Este domingo ocho de octubre fuimos a cenar, llegamos a las 21:00h por que la nena es pequeña y no aguanta hasta muy tarde. Antes de entrar ya sabíamos las pizzas que queríamos, pues conocemos la carta de memoria, sin embargo, tuvimos que pedir más de 4 veces que vinieran a tomarnos nota. Pedimos el queso brie, que no lleva mucha elaboración, y las dos pizzas que consumimos habitualmente, y casi inmediatamente nos sacaron el pan, pero el queso tardó en llegar más de media hora, y las pizzas nos las sirvieron sobre las 22:45h. Preguntamos varias veces si iban a tardar mucho e incluso si ya las habían marchado, pues en caso contrario preferíamos irnos, y la respuesta siempre fue la misma, que ya salían, lo cual era mentira visto lo visto. Al final, nos terminamos marchando cerca de las 23h, con las pizzas para llevar y con la niña en brazos por que la hora ya le pesaba. Si hubiéramos ido mi mujer y yo solos, pues no hubiera dejado de ser un mal servicio, pero no nos hubiera enfadado tanto como ir con una niña pequeña y darte cuenta que al personal del restaurante le da totalmente igual que la niña esté en la mesa cerca de dos horas sin que llegue su comida. Creo que después de más de 10 años, llegó el momento de decir adiós a Cinquecento; me da pena, pues fue uno de nuestros restaurantes preferidos y el italiano de referencia que siempre he recomendado a amigos y conocidos, pero salir a comer o cenar fuera debe ser una experiencia agradable, algo que disfrutar, y en esta última ocasión, nada más lejos de...

What a beautiful restaurant! Authentic Italian food which was absolutely DELICIOUS🇮🇹, wonderful and friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. We were here in December so it was lovely decorated for Christmas.❄️
