Read moreWhen you visit a café, you’re usually looking for a minimum standard of service and comfort. Unfortunately, Fav Coffee fell far short of mine. The coffee was average at best, and the air circulation inside was quite poor, making it uncomfortable to sit for long.
One of the main reasons we chose this place was because Google Maps listed it as “working-friendly” — this was not the case at all. As soon as the staff saw that both my spouse and I had laptops, they asked us to sit at a tiny 50x50 cm table in the back of the café. Try fitting two laptops and two cups of coffee on a table that size and actually getting any work done — all while a dog from the next table constantly wanders over and invades your space.

Literally the worst coffee shop I've had the misfortune of visiting in Spain, and more so in Valencia.
Terrible service - miserable, grumpy, uninterested staff with so much arrogance that you'd think they're curing cancer, not running one of Spain's worst coffee shops.
Awful barista - asked for a single cappuccino, received a latte - obviously she has no idea what she's doing.
The food was shockingly bad - 8 euro for a slice of stale bread, some avocado that looked as though a monkey mashed it with its hands and a sliver of feta so thin it hardly added flavour, which sadly the entire dish lacked. And to add to that, they don't allow clients to add pepper - even though they have it. Ridiculous.
The added hair in the pan con tomate that the neighbouring table had made us think we at least skipped...
