This hotel is definitely unbeatable on location. You’re in a beautiful area, super central and just 2 blocks away from a beautiful plaza with historic buildings.
However, the rooms are veeeeery very small. I’m talking tiny, like it’s your bed a tiny table and a tiny bathroom. If you’re staying as a couple, this is difficult like it was for us because your room is overrun with bags and suitcases as well and there’s nowhere to put your things and also squeeze by each other. We were only here 3 days so we managed but it’s not ideal even if you spend minimal time in the room. It’s also extremely loud starting at around 6:30 am, above you, beside you on the street and inside the building. You can hear a chair being moved on the floor above you, constant banging, and the walls are very thin to the rooms surrounding. I’m a light sleeper so I woke up as soon as I heard the noises of the neighbours above. Service is over WhatsApp so you never meet anyone in person, so it was fine! They’re online often so it’s helpful. No shelving in the shower for you to put your shampoo/conditioner which is annoying because they don’t provide their own. Also, I’m not sure if the ventilation system in the building must be poor because it smelled like bathrooms through the entire “lobby/foyer” until we got to our room. Luggage lockers are available for you to store yourself until check in for free...

The worst stay ever A smell in the whole hotel from the entrance to the room. I had to sleep the windows open with the noise of the street early morning (i couldn’t sleep due to bad smell of the sewage and the noise) And to add on top of that, The floor of the room was obviously not clean from traces and dust, the shower glass and mirrors were stained and full of traces The towels were not washed properly with traces of stains when some were not white anymore
And when in the early morning I called the number to advise of those problems to highlight it The person I had on the phone ( I spoke Spanish to make sure she could understand the situation) she told me to write all the point by email I did send a mail with pictures The reply was: « The hôtel is full, you are the only one complaining » I decided than to explain the case via the social média to inform the travelers
Maybe that hotel might than make a check on my requested comments (they ask me to make a comment and then they didn’t take my experience for real even with proof pictures they ignored my very bad smell experience
I am not the type that leaves comment
But they pushed me to do so
Please find the picture that tells a part of the story
Of course the smell was not attached with the files but ….
Hope they implement their...
