The atmosphere is really nice really correct for the place and gives a modern and contemporary vibe which suits the place.

I had the menu of the day

1 - this dish has that Chinese taste that taste that is very good and very fulfilling. It was delicious after having had the entire menu this was definitely the best dish. However I would not start with this maybe I would start with the second dish who is fresher and suits better the opener role

2 - too much everything, tuna taste is a bit covered. Tuna tataki would be better, would put this first instead of the other it open better and cleans your mouth better to start the experience. Too much everything

3 - Falafel well done every pairing is good tzatziki was a clever choice to freshen the dish and the tortillla adds a good taste despite the crunch already given by the falafel.

4 - burger very good however the parsley is completely wrong it covers too much. If you bite the parsley the burger is dead but the pulled pork is well cooked.

5 - thai fish cakes were nice however a bit burnt so hard to cut but the thicker parts were really tasty I really enjoyed it, however maybe pairing it with something fresh like Wakame would add structure and complete the dish Very good overall I suggest it

6 - the taste was right for the Mongolian beef. It really reminded me of those tastes coming from northern China/Mongolia. Meat well cooked and ginger was a right choice however maybe adding some soy sprouts or something with a fresher taste would be extremely beneficial to this dish

The mistela was very good and had a very...

Elevated Asian fusion. Came here for a birthday lunch and it did not disappoint. The food is very well designed and thought through. I am generally not a big fan of fusion style foods because a lot of sauce is used to accompany the dishes but this was very well balanced. A mix of Asian, spanish, Peruvian styles all working well together in a fresh and sometimes a bit spicy course. The overall experience was very good, the staff very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on which dishes to order also for wine pairing. My only comment would be the fact that we did feel a bit rushed towards the end (probably for turnover). Price wise you can expect to pay a higher end price but the food quality makes it worth it. Overall, would definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. Will...

The design of the place is really chic and modern and I really liked it. The staff was very helpful and you could see they work as really well oiled machine. The food was good. I especially liked tataki and the croquet (which proofs that the traditional Spanish tapas can be high quality food). I was a little bit disappointed with steak tartar which was actually the reason why I flew to Valencia. It was 5/10. It is served in spectacular way but the taste wasn't any close to spectacular. It was fat and sweet and that's it. It's a pity because it was a big part of the bill. Oysters were amazing!!! The dessert wasn't missing anything - sweet, sour, crunchy and it was so big you could feed your whole...
