I was here last year and enjoyed this place so much but this time… Let’s start with the coupons that you can’t use with “cocktails” if you don’t drink gin-tonic or whatever... PRs should be saying clearly that what they give you is simply useless if you want to use them for beers or the cocktails that their not-really-welcoming-you bartender has no intention to tell you without letting you feel like you are the reason of her frustration lol. And I’ll move on with this aggressive, impatient and super rude bartender that behaved like she had no intention to comunicate and let us understand about how to use these. Besides all the bad quality of the service, if she had to tell or repeat something (I don’t speak spanish and she didn’t even try to speak english) she was rolling her eyes and taking a deep breath to show a further frustration and zero professionalism. Girl, if you’re working in a place where the music is loud, yes; you still have to explain and repeat things, that’s a part of your job and I am not the one to blame. Long story short: Even if I liked the music (which I didn’t. Don’t expect any international track) and atmosphere, I wouldn’t come here and I do not recommend coming here just because of this messy, childish and ridiculous behaviour. Owner of the place should rethink about the choices of stuff. If the client doesn’t exist, you won’t last and if this is the quality and understanding of your service then client will stop coming. Fui con unos amigos y pedí unos chupitos. A la hora de pagar, se me cobró de dos tarjetas diferentes: una en libras (£) y otra en euros (€). Yo tenía los dos pagos y podía demostrarlo. Pregunté al primer empleado que pasó y me dijo que lo revisaría. Sacó el historial de pagos del datáfono, pero lo dejó apartado y se puso a servir copas y ayudar en la barra. Tuve paciencia y esperé a que me solucionara el problema.

Luego trajo a la chica que me cobró, quien insistió en que pagué solo en euros, pero yo le mostraba los dos pagos. Al final, él no pudo demostrar si solo había pagado una vez, miró por encima todos los pagos y tampoco me mostró el historial, para intentar que viéramos juntos si algún pago coincidía con los míos y aquí comenzó el problema. Me empezó a decir que él no podía saber si me había cobrado dos veces y le volví a enseñar los pagos como prueba de que yo si podía probarlo y gritándome y diciéndome que le estaba quitando la comida de su boca, me devolvió el dinero en efectivo de malas maneras golpeando la barra.

¿Perdona? ¿Tu tiempo vale más que el mío? Yo también trabajo para ganar dinero como tú, y si cometo un error, agacho la cabeza y me disculpo y soluciono el problema. Ya en el momento que me empezó a chillar, perdió toda la razón y obviamente yo no tengo por qué permitir que nadie me trate así y más teniendo pruebas y demostrando las cosas.

Después de decirle esto, me dijo que me tiraba del pub. Intenté avisar a mis amigos, pero no me dio tiempo a nada. Al momento, estaba detrás de mi con el seguridad que le había llamado para echarme y el encargado me gritaba y se ponía en mi cara de manera violenta. El seguridad tuvo que intervenir. Me dijo que no entendía por qué me hablaba así, y le respondí que le molestó lo que le dije. Le mostré los dos pagos y le expliqué que básicamente me echaba por un error de su local, y porque tuvo que devolverme mi dinero.

No sé si es el jefe o el encargado, pero claramente no sabe cómo gestionar un problema. Gritarme, abalanzarse a mi y ponerse en mi cara como si fuera a pegarme o a hacerme algo es vergonzoso y obviamente nadie debe aceptar este tipo de actitudes. Tuve paciencia y fui educada hasta el final, pero no tengo por qué permitir que alguien me trate así, especialmente cuando tenía razón y podía demostrarlo desde el principio. Así que como persona has quedado retratado y espero que lo leas y te de vergüenza. Recomiendo a la gente que cuando pague en este local, mire bien los pagos por si acaso y que a nadie le pase lo que...

Came in for the disco at late night and had to leave after one drink, because of a non-European looking person "dancing" on the dancefloor, forcing themselves to be a part of our group of dancing friends. After I asked them to move and dance with their friends who were right next to them, they started being very aggressive.
