Has it ever happened that you're sitting at a restaurant and all the surrounding tables are chatting about the dish they ate and enjoyed on their last visit and what they will try on their next? That's a first for me. However, having eaten at Sardo, I understand why. I would love this little secret pasta oasis to be a treasure only for a few. However, is it fair to do so? Don't you want others to enjoy it and if it's a business, don't you want it to succeed? So, with trepidation I whole heartedly recommend Sardo. The pasta dishes were flavourful, surprising and outstanding as was the service. I went there with my daughter and she said something she rarely ever utters after a meal."Dad, we have to come back soon."...

This is the best pasta I have ever had in my life! Both my girlfriend and I can barely think of a time that we had a single pasta dish that could top either of our meals here.

Local pequeño en el corazón del barrio del Cedro. Poquitas mesas, casi todas en terraza. La carta es corta pero sus platos tienen mucha personalidad. Pedimos unos entrantes.Nos decantamos por el canelón crujiente de rabo de toro, con gazpacho y unas bolitas de gorgonzola. Buenísimo, crujiente por fuera, meloso por dentro, un sabor a guiso tradicional brutal que contrastaba a la perfección con la acidez y frescor del gazpacho. También probamos unos Arancini rellenos que setas y queso con salsa de trufa. Buenísimos, crujientes y sabrosos. De segundo probamos la lasaña "Socarrat" y pasta rellena de conejo al ajillo. Espectaculares los dos. La lasaña súper sabrosa y tostadita con una bechamel de parmesano que le daba el toque perfecto. Y la pasta rellena al dente, rellena de conejo desmigado bien jugoso y sabroso y una salsa, tipo pilpil con un montón de ajo frito tostado y un toque de queso rallado.
