I recently visited Shullun BBQ & Hot Pot with high expectations for a delightful grilling experience. The place itself didn’t disappoint in terms of ambiance and modern equipment. The grill is undoubtedly a highlight, offering a great way to cook your own food which adds to the overall dining experience.

However, the quality of the Angus meat was a letdown. Priced at 16 euros for a small portion of 4 pieces, I expected much better. The meat was chewy and appeared to be frozen, which was a stark contrast to the premium experience I was anticipating. This aspect of the meal was particularly disappointing and did not justify the price.

On a brighter note, the chicken was a better choice, though it still wasn’t exceptional. The true savior of the meal was how well the grill cooked the vegetables and potatoes. They turned out really tasty, showcasing that the grill itself is quite good.

Overall, Shullun BBQ & Hot Pot has the potential to be a great spot for BBQ lovers, but there’s a significant need for improvement in the meat selection and quality, especially considering the price point. I hope to see these improvements on my next visit, as the place has a lot...

Ein wirkliches Juwel in Valencia, es war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung! Von Anfang bis Ende war alles einfach großartig. Das Essen ist sensationell und bietet ein echtes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Man hat die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Menüs oder kann à la carte bestellen, was wirklich toll ist, da man so flexibel essen kann, wie man möchte.

Wir haben uns für den Hot Pot entschieden und hatten die Suppen „Spicy“ und „Chicken“ – beides war einfach großartig! Die perfekte Würze und der Geschmack der Brühen haben das Essen zu einem absoluten Highlight gemacht. Beim BBQ und Hot Pot kann man die Zutaten nach Belieben direkt am Tisch zubereiten, was richtig Spaß macht und das Essen zu einem interaktiven Erlebnis werden lässt.

Die Auswahl an Fleisch und Gemüse ist groß, es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die verschiedenen Fleischsorten sind von höchster Qualität, und auch das frische Gemüse ergänzt die Gerichte perfekt.

Preislich ist das Restaurant ebenfalls top. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach ausgezeichnet, insbesondere wenn man bedenkt, wie hochwertig die Speisen sind und wie viel man für den Preis bekommt.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche Personal. Der Service war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Wichtig ist, dass man Zeit mitbringt, um dieses Erlebnis in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Es lohnt sich wirklich, das Ambiente und das Essen nicht zu überstürzen, sondern sich Zeit zu nehmen, um jeden Moment auszukosten.

Dead center in China Town Valencia. I love the soup base, so much flavor and not just MSG. 😂 The small dishes from the kitchen were on point, fresh meats, veggies and seafood. The point is that you can enjoy hot pot and grilling at the same time but the grill is just a small hot plate, so it is a very different experience from grilling, that is the only down side.
