I was all alone in the tourist office on a midweek day on October 18th. I must say that the male attendant wasn't friendly at all and didn't try to answer my questions at his best. Again I was all alone. It's not like he had to answer the questions to a massive crowd of tourists. You do this, you do that...it was all very vague while he could have helped me do a walking tour of the city that makes you visit the best of Valencia in one day. Anyhow, I figured out that the red dot lines on the map must have been scenic routes and I did a walking tour on my own. At the end it made me cover the best of Old Valencia. Dear Tourism Office, why would you hire a person not willing to help tourists and talk to them? The lady at stand #2 on Mon Jun 23rd in the morning was only able to istruct us to scan QR code and read everything by ourselves. Once we asked specific question she said: "As I already told you, scan the code and you have everything there". Internet is useful, but in fact you go to tourist office to get some guidance, recommendation, maybe a suggestion if your time is limited in given place. The card is worth it, as the cathedral and museum alone is €9 and the 7days Valencia card (without transport) is only around €10.
