VI VIET COMIDA VIETNAMITA VALENCIA — Restaurant in Valencia

Staying in Valencia for 2 weeks, and as a Vietnamese, I want to try this Phở (every where I go.)

The place was a little bit crowdy, probably because of menu of the day for 12€50. Very very cheap. You will have 2 starters, one main dish and a drink.

I had the mango salad, spring rolls and a huge bowl of rare beef phở plus a cola. My husband had a bami with duck.

Well, the salad was oke'ish. I didn't finish it. Springrolls was with tofu...taste bland. The sauce was just soy sauce??? For springrolls you need nước mắm ( fish sauce) or with hoisin peanuts sauce.

Anyway, my phở was swimming in fat, the broth was ok. Why so much oil and fat?

What I missed with our soup was real Thais basilicum, mung bean sprouts, coriander, lemon and chilipepers in a separate dish so we could put in our soup.

My husband dish was swimming in oil too. Tasty but does the cook need to use so much oil.

Bottom line is.

If you not a phở expert, go and eat for cheap prize. And if you don't mind the oil and fat in your food.

But we are not coming back. Not recommended

The service, just one young girl, was very sweet, kind and perfect fast. Amazing how she runs the restaurant on her...

Estoy bastante disgustada, lo que me ha pasado hoy no me ha pasado nunca!!! He realizado un pedido por Uber a este restaurante a domicilio de 43€. El pedido lo he realizado a la 13h que encima había pagado para que fuera más rápido el envío cosa que no es cierto porque el pedido tardaba lo mismo así que no os recomiendo que pagueis nunca de más, a las 14h veo que no viene, yo con el móvil en la mano y en la ventana esperando... Y flipar !!!!!! De repente me pone ENTREGADO🫨 de manera que por Uber ya no puedes contactar de ninguna forma con el repartidor, pero, tampoco hay un número de contacto que puedas llamar para que te ayuden de alguna manera, lo único que puedes poner es que tu pedido no ha sido entregado y a esperar... Al rato me dicen que lo sienten mucho y que el repartidor ha intentado contactar conmigo y que por ello no me van a reembolsar el dinero y !!!ATENCIÓN!!! el repartidor ha realizado una foto con la comida en el suelo de un portal que no era el mío !!!!!! Como esto es un pueblo he reconocido donde era y he ido corriendo por si acaso la comida seguía en el suelo, he llegado y no había nada, he tocado a los timbres y el vecino de la puerta 2 me ha dicho que ha tocado a su timbre y claro el le ha dicho que no han pedido nada, bueno el chico flipando de lo que me habían hecho. A todo esto ni siquiera vivo en la puerta 2, osea yo nose este personaje que es lo que ha hecho, se equivoca de calle de portal y de puerta🤣 quiero corroborar que mi dirección está puesta correctamente en mi cuenta. Llamo al restaurante para ver si me pueden ayudar de alguna manera obviamente y la respuesta es que ellos no pueden hacer nada que tengo que contactar con Uber, le explico que no hay número de contacto y lo que me han respondido y no me dan ninguna solución. Sigo hablando con Uber que es un automático por mensajes y me cierra el caso. Total que me he quedado sin comida y me han robado en un momento 43€. Mi marido ha vuelto a llamar al restaurante y primero le han colgado, luego le han vuelto a llamar y le han dicho que iban a contactar con el repartidor ( que es lo que tenían que haber hecho desde el principio si quieren dar un buen servicio a la gente y trabajan con esa empresa ) y bueno SORPRESA !!!!!!! No nos han vuelto a llamar. 😅 Una experiencia inolvidable gente. Lo cuento por aquí porque es súper injusto que traten a la gente de esta manera y nos roben el dinero sin darte ninguna solución. Mañana mismo voy a ir a poner una...

Vietnamese cuisine is one of my absolute favorites, so I might be a bit biased, but if you’re after delicious, affordable food without the fuss of a fancy setting, ViViet is the place to go. Just a short walk from Valencia’s North Station, this spot delivers flavorful, healthy, and easily digestible dishes, served up quickly.

Don’t miss out on their deep-fried spring rolls as a starter – they’re a must-try and quite different from the typical Chinese ones. I wouldn’t be surprised if you find yourself ordering a second portion before your main course arrives! For the main dish, I highly recommend the beef noodle soup. It’s simple, but nothing compares to the depth of flavor in this incredible dish.
