Sorsi e Morsi — Restaurant in Valencia

I am gonna write this review in English so it can be read by all - except the service of the place, because there not a single word outside of Spanish is spoken, even though Valencia is one of the more touristic places in all of Spain. They simply forgot our order, I am currently writing at 20:42 and the time of payment is clearly written on the check they gave us. After more than ninety minutes I managed to shut the waitress up for a second and explain - still calmy, pretty proud of myself - the mistake, probably beacuse of another careless waiter (the look on her face as soon as she understood what the problem was, was pretty laughable). Horrendous; just now (20:43), we got our pizzas which, after all this, have also the gut to not taste exceptionally good. They gave us some empanadas to say sorry (the waitress, not personally involved, not a sight of the true responsible). This is the worst pizzeria in town! Not only the pizza you’ll receive has nothing to do with the pizza you ordered but they also have a terrible service. We ordered pizzas this weekend and after 2 hours of waiting, the delivery guy texted us to let us know that he couldn’t deliver because the roads are blocked with Fallas and he was using a car … I mean … you run a business in Valencia and you know the city is blocked on some streets … why would you use a car for delivery … or why would you even take orders if you know that you can’t deliver 🤣🤣🤣 The pizza quality was terrible: it was cold, missed most ingredients and it...

I went to this place with high expectations, but I was very disappointed. I ordered an empanada and only received the top as the bottom seemed to have gotten stuck on the tray. The entire bottom half with most of the filling was missing. When I asked to change it because half of it was missing, the girl who worked there told me that this is what a cheese empanada should look like and that she didn't see any problem. I didn't want to argue, even though I've eaten thousands of empanadas by now and I've never seen anything like it. I just walked away disappointed. I don't...
