HUNDRED — Restaurant in Valencia

Despite the many positive reviews, unfortunately, the burger I had didn’t quite meet my expectations. I've tried burgers in many well-regarded places over the years—from New York to Germany—and I consider myself something of a burger enthusiast. Maybe it just wasn’t their best day.

The bun was cold, and the part in contact with the fillings felt dry and not very enjoyable. I didn’t really like the texture or flavor of the bun. The fillings themselves also felt dry to me—the overall experience was that of a burger lacking juiciness and cohesion. Normally when I eat a burger with my hands, my fingers get messy, which I actually like. But with this one, they stayed completely clean—an indicator of how dry it was. The fries weren’t particularly impressive either.

That being said, I want to emphasize something very important: when I casually mentioned to the server that the food was okay but not great, the manager came over to speak with me directly—kindly, respectfully, and with genuine interest in hearing my feedback. They really took the time to listen and understand what didn’t work for me, and I deeply appreciate that. Their customer service and attitude were truly outstanding.

Also, given the many great reviews, I’m sure they serve some excellent burgers. I only had the chance to try one, and it simply didn’t meet my "personal" expectations. Perhaps if I had tried a different one, I would’ve had a much better experience.

One of the most Legitimate Burgers ive ever had. Believe the hype. I was a Grill lead at one of the most famous smoke houses on Americas west coast for many years and I have rarely been this impressed by a burger. I had the "satisfaction" and it left me truely satisfied, perfect and let me break it down for you: The bun; fresh, slightly sweet, and fluffy yet did not fall apart. The patty; slightly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The condiments; the cheese was a familiar melty gooey comfort inducing industrial type (everyones guilty pleasure) and paired perfectly with the crispy smoked bacon (first time ive seen bacon done right in Spain). The sauce was a kind of thousand-island-ish spread the was zesty and drippy but not like 5 napkins kinda drippy which was fantastic. The whole burger was light and didnt make me feel gross or bloated. The fries were perfect aswell a nice golden brown with at v-cut that creates the perfect crisp. Overall this felt like the perfect meal after a beach day in a hip and vibrant setting. The space alone is enough to bring me back and even though the wait times and lines are long they are a natural product of such a fantastic establishment. Absolutely great food, service and venue.

Myself and my fiancé are from the UK and are rather spoilt for burgers in our hometown, and generally disappointed with burgers elsewhere. However Hundred was truly exceptional!

We orders Stiflers mother, and the monthly special. Both great! The age on the beef was perfect for us, something I think a lot of places miss the mark on. The grind of the beef, and how it was formed were also perfect for us. Again, many places over compress the meat and his makes the patty too firm.

We also had the bacon cheese fries, the bbq ribs, pulled chicken croquets, and cornflake nuggets.

All done extremely well! For sure some of the best dirty fries we have had, the flavours very well balanced. The bbq sauce also for us was great, a good mix of sweet and smokey flavours, which again a lot of places do not get right. If we had to make a criticism, we would have preferred thigh over breast in the cornflake bites, but this I merely a personal choice.

Finally we finished with a lotus and a banoffee cheesecake, the banoffee for us was the favourite, often the banana flavour can be artificial in taste, but Hundred had the flavours well balanced throughout.

Overall a great experience, and for sure one of the top 3 burgers of all time for us personally!
