Awful experience.. we waited patiently for a table and was told we can get one when a table left and we were told 10 minutes.. we patiently waited for an hour just to be told we couldn't get one.. had we were told we couldn't get a table we would have went somewhere else... Terrible customer service and I do not recommend to anyone..

To the owner who literally just commented back and disabled me from being able to respond.. actually I literally left my review of your establishment minutes after I left tonight! Sunday Oct 27.. a young man with a colourful tattoo on his arm told us a table would be ready as soon as a table who was about to pay their bill was finished.. we gave him our phone number and he said he would call us when a table was ready in 10 minutes or so and he never called.. we waited and then we came back to the restaurant.. by that time 3 tables got sat while we patiently waited forbs table.. finally when we were ultimately ignored, we asked what was happening and we were then told that we could not get a table.. I am a chef from Canada and I have been in the industry for over 20 years.. I have never been let down that badly before ever.. I have always gone to more professional establishments before in my life and I am pretty upset about the way I was mislead by your...

The pizza was good. Pretty authentic Neapolitan to be fair, not 5 star but decent. When we booked 8.30pm during the day they said they needed the table back for 10pm - absolutely fine, pizza goes down quick with two kids. On arrival my wife went to the loo - we were asked for our drink order immediately. We hadn’t seen a menu. I said we’d wait for my wife - to be honest, it was fairly obvious I would not have been alone with two kids so they should have waited. I felt a bit pressured so ordered off menu - a beer, wine, and a coke. I didn’t think much of it at that point. Then the waiter came for the order and we hadn’t decided - he says “well we need the table back for 10” -it was 8.47 at this point and we had our drinks! 🤣. He was shrugging his shoulders. My wife is very amenable - she told me NOT to write this review - and she was uncomfortable. They got my daughter’s order wrong but replaced it fairly easily despite a little protest from the waiter - but my daughter is the slowest eater so more stress! In the end we were of course finished by 9.50pm but it just made it an uneasy evening. My advice is book for 9pm or 9.30 if you want to enjoy your night. I hardly ever write reviews but did this...

I had lunch with my wife, our two boys 9 and 6 years old and a friend. We ordered a medio pizza, 2 normal margarita pizzas and bolognese. We also had 2 fantas and 2 beers, 1 coffee. We all love Italian food and drink. The pizza edges were crusty and nice, everything else was soggy not so nice. The pizza cheese topping was like cream cheese very unusual and not nice. I couldn't eat it. My son loves bolognese but took two bites and said he didn't like it at all. It didn't look like bolognese. I tried it and didn't like it. So, after 10 minutes we'd finished eating but had only eaten a quarter of a pizza and a two slices of margarita. I was embarrassed. The table was full of food but no one at the restaurant asked if we were OK. If I was serving customers and so much food was there I would see if there is a problem. I had a coffee and an Alhambra they were both exceptional. We paid €96 for the...

Very authentic Naples style pizzeria that also does pizza Al metro (pizza by the yard). I’d had this in Cadelbosco do Sopra outside Modena years ago but hadn’t seen it since. Definitely going back again to try that option. My quattro formaggi was excellent. My wife’s veggie pizza a bit soggy but I always say those toppings just don’t work well with a Naples style crust. We had one glass of Italian red and one rioja and the rioja was better. We just really like the heavier Spanish reds. The salad was fine. For dessert we shared a tiramisu and it was one of the best I’ve had. Too many restaurants get cute with tiramisu and make little cups… this seems to have been made in a large pan and you could see the exceptional layering of the lady fingers and mascarpone. Also, they didn’t overdo it with the coffee component which I prefer. Will go back for sure in the next few weeks. Lots to try.

I am so surprised about so many 1 star reviews.. I might not be an expert on authentic Napoli pizzas, but pizza is my favourite food and I have been eating it A LOT in everywhere around the world and today on Saturday we went there with my family, called 12:00 to reserve a table and a polite gentleman booked us in for 15:00. We arrived and was treated very well, ordered 1 meter pizza with 3 flavours. It came very quick, luckily, as we were super hungry. We totally LOVED IT. The tomato sauce, the chewy dough, all of it! Was not fan of tiramisu and cannoli, but that’s totally fine, was there for pizza! Now this is our favourite place, can not wait to go back! Thank you!

Viva Napoli is a cozy and authentic Italian restaurant that we truly enjoyed. We had two pizzas — quattro formaggi and napoletana — both were delicious, rustic, and baked in a huge pizza oven. The Aperol Spritz was tasty and on the stronger side, and for dessert I had tiramisu which fully met my expectations. We visited at lunchtime and easily found a table inside; the space is air-conditioned, which was very comfortable. There is also plenty of outdoor seating available. Prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. The staff speak English without any problem and were friendly and attentive. A great spot if you’re craving authentic Italian pizza in Valencia!
