Very disrespectful towards the customers! They don't speak Enghlish, nor German, nor French...
I went with my wife, for dinner. At the entrance, there is no 'welcome'.. We took a seat, at one of the free tables, a table for 2. They were not coming, to bring us the menus... so, we entered online, and we decided what we wish to eat.
Then, we managed to get the attention of a waiter, to come and take our order... She came, barely speaking english. The food was not looking great... for example the ribs had no vegetables to go with... just french fries.. with most dishes.. not ok, at all!
After she took our order, there was nothing happening... they were not bringing the drinks... nor the food... After some time, one guy came to tell us something.. barely speaking any english... that we have to GO, to LEAVE the restaurant.
WHY? he said we don't have a reservation :) But, there were plenty of free tables!! Also, at the entrance, there was no sign "wait here to be served" or "reservation only"... nothing...
They have too few waiters, compared to other restaurants...
THIS IS VERY DISRESPECTFULL... they waisted our time... 40 minutes of our life... and, the restaurants in Valencia are closing too soon... [just like the subway: at 10 o click it's the last train... SPUPIDITY !]

Read moreThe waiter was very polite. He greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. We sat down at 20:15, and the restaurant was completely empty at the time. However, despite the calm environment, the waiter spent over 10 minutes chatting and laughing with a colleague, and only took our order after I approached him to let him know we were ready.
The food arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there.
The bolognese pasta for my child was served cold. When I pointed this out, the staff simply reheated the entire bowl. This raised concerns...is the pasta pre-cooked and reheated to order?
After it was warmed up, I tasted it myself. The pasta was overboiled, and the sauce tasted like plain ketchup...not what one would expect for a dish labeled as "bolognese."
We also ordered a mushroom risotto, but the rice was undercooked and hard, making the dish unpleasant to eat.
For a restaurant that presents itself as high-end, I was genuinely surprised by the poor quality of both the service and the food. This experience was very disappointing and not what I had...

First, we made a reservation for the “terrace” which is nothing but a sidewalk next to a highway! That is the first red flag and disappointment.
Second, brunette waitress comes, takes our apps and walks away when I was about to order main dishes. Apps came and nobody, server and food runner, noticed (or maybe they did) that we did not have sharing plates, so we ended up eating our food on a paper napkin instead of a dish.
We have been here for over an hour and we are still waiting for her to show up to our table. We wanted to order main dishes but over an hour has passed and the disappointment is taking over. Maybe in a few hours we will get the check to finally leave this place.
Lastly, I understand service in Europe is not a thing, but COMMON SENSE and RESPECT towards people coming to your restaurant and spending money should be shown up in any...
