Burguer Los Robles — Restaurant in Valladolid

I got lunch here as I was desperately trying to find a place to grab a quick bite before heading off to work. I saw they sold burgers and so I headed in after liking what I saw on the menu. They have a variety of different burgers, sandwiches, fries, and combination plates to choose from. They also have a menu of the day that you can take advantage of! The front of the restaurant is a bar and you can grab something small if you just want to drink a beer and hang out with friends, while the back of the bar has an area for sit down customers. I got a burger with cheese, and fries. I was astonished by how HUGE the burger was, and it was topped off with many toppings inside! The fries were a great quantity too! I paid 9,60 for a drink, fries and a burger with cheese! Not so bad, I think. The vibe of the restaurant is pretty chill and definitely has an older person scene to it, but the restaurant owners definitely seem to be in tune with their customers and know them well, because the waitress attending me knew all her customers by name! Servicio pésimo. Fuimos 4 personas, saludamos a un niño que había dentro de la barra sirviéndose un pincho y pasamos al comedor donde nos sentamos en una mesa libre. La camarera estaba atendiendo otra mesa y al girarse y vernos ya sentados nos dice de muy malas formas que tendríamos que haber preguntado si nos podiamos sentar, ya que podría estar reservada, a lo que contestamos que al no ver ningún cartel indicando lo contrario supusimos que no había reserva alguna, a lo que nos contestó que ella no usaba ningún papel para anunciar las reservas. Todo esto sin tener la mesa reservada, como ella misma nos dijo. Evidentemente nos fuimos y no volveremos. No se puede tratar de esa manera a la gente en un bar/hamburguesería y menos sin que nadie en barra nos preguntara nada y sin tener la mesa reservada....

Éramos clientes habituales hasta hoy,ya son varias veces que vemos cómo ponen tapa en las mesas de alrededor con la consumición y a nosotros,que cada vez que vamos pedimos mínimo 4bebidas y una ración de algo, no nos ponen nada,no es el hecho de la tapa,sino el detalle que a los demás sí a nosotros no.Por no hablar del trato que dan el Padre e hijo con una actitud borde como si les debieras algo,señores que somos clientes y os estamos dando trabajo y de comer,no vamos a volver más a este sitio y si volvemos será otro el que pague porque nos inviten porque nosotros no desde luego.Tratad bien a los clientes porque se os están yendo al...
