They had Lechazo Asado, which I've been looking for. The food was great. Would've been a much lower star review if it wasn't for Nicolas. The other waiters couldn't speak English, and didn't seem too bothered in trying to ensure I was served (including waiting around for an hour and being awfully confused about what was happening). Nicolas thankfully could speak English and helped me out. Big shout out to Nicolas.

Tipic castellano restaurant in the old city center. After a day looking museums this is a nice place for eat or just have a wine with tipicall tapas. The restaurant is situated In the back of the Old Valladolid cathedral, and it's itself a museum. Profusely decorated in vintage objects, the place has a strange tantalising atmosphere. Ask for the cigarette wine and enjoy a place with history.

No volveremos, la comida normal, pero cuando llega la cuenta resulta que nos ponen postres de 8 personas cuando somos 5 y solo habíamos pedido 4 postres, se lo decimos y se llevan una cuenta de 215€ y vuelven con una 214€. Esta vez nos ponen 3 refrescos de más, ya mosqueados la revisamos porque no nos cuadran las cosas. La camarera nos dice que la carta es sin IVA. Pero luego el dueño nos dice que por supuesto la carta es con IVA, ya con no muy buenas maneras. Al final nos fuimos por no seguir discutiendo, que no digo que de cocina sepan, pero de cuentas o no saben o saben demasiado. Algunas cosas, sobretodo las bebidas, las ponen al precio de la carta y luego le suman en IVA y otras no. Creo que estas cosas hacen mucho daño a la restauración del centro de una ciudad. No volveremos y por supuesto no se lo recomendaremos a nadie. Ah, y las piedras para el chuletón hay que ponerlas mucho más caliente, si no estropeas la carne.
