Lovely little bar and restaurant in a small square just off the Plaza Major in Vic. We sat outside and ate tapas and drank Catalonian wine. The staff were very friendly and our waiter in particular was very understanding about our lack of Spanish (and Catalan!). Hie English was barely better than our Catalan but we all managed to understand one another and he advised us how many dishes we should order and whether to order small or large portions. He was immensely proud of his Catalan cuisine and brought us a bottle of a local white wine which he told was was excellent - which it was (and inexpensive!). The food was the worst food I ever had in Spain - not fresh, reheated and the house wine is some local moonshine and desert is the cheapest cake you can by in supermarket just sugar and food colouring. And the worstvthing the 24 € price. My sincear advice is to keep away from this place. Not sure how it got the stars here but it does not deserve...
