We were two at Las Tablas and had a genuinely lovely experience. The space is comfortable — perfect for sitting back and enjoying your meal without any rush. There was a nice buzz throughout the place.

We ordered the pulpo a la feira, which, while always a pricier dish, was absolutely worth every euro here — the preparation was truly delicious. The gambas al ajillo were another highlight: packed with flavour and clearly fresh, peeled by hand — definitely not the frozen, pre-packed kind.

Overall, the food showed real care in both quality and flavour. You can tell when there’s intention behind a dish, and here, you really feel it.

Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing — something that’s increasingly rare and very welcome.

We spent about €23 each, including two glasses of wine and a nicely chilled caña. The value for money felt more than fair.

All in all, a place that leaves you satisfied and wanting to come back to explore more...

It is one of those places where the locals gathered. The place was almost full when we got there. They are not really attentive or hospitable to foreigners. First they bought the wrong beer, which we just accepted. We ordered the salad with tuna, the garlic shrimp and the picana. We tried to order the fish of the day and they are sold out. First they bring out a dish of pulpo which we did not order, which should be the dish below, the garlic shrimp. Then we waited for over 45 minutes for the picana, which is already over an hour after we ordered. We decided to ask for the bill, and they said the picana is coming, we just asked them to make it to go as we have waited for too long. The waitress yelled in frustration and left. The picana is just three piece of beef steak put together with a fried pineapple, does not taste good. We would not recommend this place, as there are way better service and...

We had a server who was absolutely wonderful but there was another older gentleman who was rude. The food was not great, there was only one dish I liked and it was the fish. But the steak was tough and the chicken croquettes were stuffed with a really unpleasant cheese which made it to the point we couldn’t eat. The coffee and tea were fine. Unfortunately, I would not come again.
