The name caught my eye because I’ve been to the Island of Porto Santo before. The service and food won the 5 stars. I don’t speak much Spanish, but they patiently listened to me as I used what I could to first order a beer (and received a yummy cheese toast to nibble on), then ordered a Porto Santo Cochinita (sandwich with pulled pork, onions, guacamole, and melted mozzarella cheese on top), and another beer. I had a Portosanto with pulled pork and my friend had Portosanto vegetarian. Both were acceptable. The service was not good. Then we got sparkling water instead of still water in a dirty glass. When we pointed it out, the waiter apologized and immediately brought the...

Confortable and cozy tavern with a modern look. Staff extremely friendly and always smiling. Food was tasty, with the flavours mixign perfectly in our mouths. Even though the place was full, the food and drinks didn't exceed in waiting and were delivered on time. Price was just right and the portions were perfect.

In pictures: Chipirones plancha (squid with potatoes and dressing) and Porto santo classico (swedish bread au gratin with cream cheese, mozzarella,...
