Asador Rincon de Chasna — Restaurant in Vilaflor

A recent visit to this restaurant provided one of the highlights of our holiday. The staff were extremely friendly (even though we were late), and the lady serving us spoke good English. The food consisted of simple Canarian fare cooked to a really high standard. The chicken croquettes were melt in the mouth tasty in the middle but crisp on the outside. The hot Chorizo sausages were so flavoursome. All the mains were beautifully cooked and with lots of flavour. The goat stew, rabbit stew, and steak were all equally tasty and brilliant value for money. Eating in such an authentic restaurant, taking our coffees in the sun after the meal, and in such a peaceful place, away from the bustle of the costas below, gave us a great afternoon out. We were supprised about the amazing food we got served. It's hudge and tasted seriously fresh. The place is clean and there are public toilets inside.

It's a chique place and has a good service. There is an open view into the kitchen and the chef stopped by to ask how his masterpiece was tasting.

In the end if you can't eat it all, ask for a takeaway and they'll wrap...

Lo siento no puedo decir cómo es las comidas, el domingo 5 febrero 2023 a las 14:30 entré en este restaurante con mi familia, saludé el camarero, ni siquiera tubo la educación de saludar y mirarme en la cara y la cosa peor es que nos quedamos de pie en el medio del restaurante, la responsable estaba haciendo la renta del 2022 hablando con un señor de la barra sin darse cuenta que una familia estaba esperando más de 10 minutos. Y lo peor que había mesa libre. Decidí de Irme del restaurante y creo que ni siquiera se dieron cuenta. Seguro no volveré más. Adiós No pretendo que lo camareros volan, pero es educación saludar y decirnos algo, nadie nos daban cuenta, intenté hablar y no me miraban en la cara, todos estaban enfadado, había 3 mesas libre y nadie afuera esperando. Las comidas seguro está riquísima, pero se acostumbraron a demasiadas estrellas. Le sirve un poco de humildad y aceptar la crítica para mejorar, y debería hablar con su camareros que el saludo es importante.
