Grim to say the least. We had booked a table but we werent allowed to sit facing the marina, despite there being no reserved table signs - we sat facing the road. The Owner tried a very hard sell on 50 Euro steaks an insisted i go and admire them in the fridge. It was pretty intimidating. The menu was mistranslated so battered prawns where whole prawns which flummoxed my elederly mother. When we asked for them to be battered the way they were desribed on the menu they waiter brought the same whole prawns back, in their shells, heads on, but battered on the outside!! The portions size was ok but the drinks were over priced and one of the party had watered down vermouth. Someone needs to give advice to the owner because in Javea this quality of serivice wont go down well. Looking across to the Arenal where there are loads of good restaurants we felt this was deeply disappointing. We had planned a three course meal but left after the main course.

A couple of days ago, we had the pleasure of dining at A’casa e’ Sofia, and it was truly a memorable experience. The restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine, and each dish was crafted with care and authentic flavors. We started with a delicious marinated fish, which was my personal favorite. For the main course, we enjoyed seafood with fresh pasta, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Dessert was a real treat, with a homemade tiramisu and a rich, perfectly baked coulant de chocolate that left us wanting more.

When we arrived for lunch, the chef informed us that they’d had an electricity issue due to the rain, but it didn’t affect the meal at all. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Italian flavors in a warm and...

Just back from Xàbia and came across this restaurant, it is on the 1st floor with a view of the Xabia marina and has a beautiful terrace sheltered from the wind. There is a lift if stairs are a problem for yourself.

I was treated with a very warm welcome from the staff and even though I did not have a reservation they accommodated me.

Firstly I had a salad with fresh buffalo Mozzarella which was really good.

I was served by one of the owners, Claudio who recommended the smoke and barbecue to me and it did not disappoint, the steak was cooked to perfection. Excellent!!

The service was friendly and exemplary attentive. I found the price level to be reasonable for the quality of the food, the beautiful ambience and the very courteous service. Of course I...
