Dulces Tentaciones Lounge Café Bar — Restaurant in Xàbia / Jávea

My wife and I were in Javea this September 2018 and we came across this wonderful little cafe on our 3rd day and thought we would stop and have breakfast. It serves probably the best coffee in the whole of Javea and the breakfast menu is plentiful with croissants to fruit with yogurt, all kinds of toasties, scrambled eggs, poached eggs with whatever you want and our favourite pan con tomate. In fact we enjoyed this place so much we returned several times. It’s set in a little square in the old town where you can sit and people watch. The owner and his wife are the friendliest people you could wish to meet. Oh and go for a coffee and a slice of there homemade cake at lunchtime your spoilt for choice. Small, but a very pleasant outdoor setting adjacent to the Plaza Del Convent.

The pastries are home-made and absolutely beautiful. Service is very personal and friendly, and the prices are fair. Later in the day, the alcoholic drinks are generously measured and fairly priced.

BEWARE. We ordered coffee and cake, the lady asked if we would like icecream or cream with the cake. When we received the bill we were surprised that we had been charged double for the cake.
