Great initial impressions and visited based on previous positive reviews. Ordered two lemonades, one of which was ginger. Small point but no hint of ginger, but still nice enough.

The real issue was my partners meal, which was advertised as "Eggs Benedict". What arrived, was an egg, resting on something that we think was a mixture of goats cheese and turmeric (basically curried goats cheese) which had the consistency of hummus. This sat on baked bread. It was surrounded by some kind of foam, which I think was meant to be the hollandaise sauce.

The real issue was when we brought this to the waiters attention. She clearly either did not know what Eggs Benedict was or was defending the chef. She offered to send the chef out so that we could discuss. We declined on the basis that it would be a fruitless conversation.

Overall, just a bit disappointing. I suspect they are trying to be inventive, however this was a food disaster.

Please be clearer on the menu, or just don't advertise something which is clearly not what will be presented.

We paid in full but won't be returning...

We tried this new restaurant for breakfast as well as dinner and we’re just thrilled. There’s a really wide range of options (like pasta, asian style meals, pinsa) and you taste the love and skill in everything. The portions are really big and great value for the price. We’re just so happy about this restaurant that offers something different to the other restaurants in Puerto Calero. If you come here for breakfast, you have to try the delicious smoothies as well!

We had a lovely meal here this evening. The service was lovely, really friendly and attentive. The food was great, really tasty and something a little different. We will definitely go back, this place is a cracking new(ish) addition to puerto calero.
