Gelati Dino — Restaurant in Zaragoza

Cute store, (perfect for a hot day and restroom break I thought till I regretted badly) okay gelato, leaky cup, extremely rude staff. When I walked in right before a group of white ladies, we all went straight to the restroom and waited in line, a staff yelled at me from across the store, and later marched to the restroom and yelled directly at my face in Spanish again. Not at any other ladies, just me. She wanted me to buy gelato before using the restroom! Uhhh I don’t know how the hell she thinks her rude and racism behavior is acceptable as a store staff or as a human being, and how in her impeccable logic made sense of having a solo visitor buy gelato and then what? Bring it to the restroom??!! The gal handled the ordering was not smiling at all, but I guess at least she didn’t yell and her poker face was for every customer, not only towards me as an Asian lol. We ordered 3 gelatos. There were very few customers as it was around 11:20 in the morning and the staff who attended us already seemed to be in a bad mood. I know she was going to reply to our question in an unpleasant manner so I tried to make a joke and appreciate instead her efforts to serve us. Nevertheless the consistent comments here about rude staff was something I found really true. I wonder why the owner never replaces them with staffs who are pleasant especially with tourists.

Location of this ice cream shop in Zaragoza is one of the best! Indoor and outdoor are both good. There was air conditioning...

Oct 2023: Decepcionante. Me encantan los helados artesanos. Pruebo en todas partes. Siguen poniéndolos en el escaparate muy bonitos pero nada que ver en sabor. Menta con chocolate sin chocolate. Solo en la exposición había chocolate. El resto del helado no contiene NADA de chocolate. El tamaño de 2 bolas 3,90... Bueno, son caros con respecto a Zaragoza pero eso da igual. Cada cual pone su precio y como está junto al Pilar, pues más precio. No me quejo. Pero el tamaño es como el pequeñito de cualquier otro lugar de Zaragoza. Y es que en Zaragoza se pone mucho helado en un cucurucho, pero tan abundante... Se lo dije a la chica y me dijo que le habían enseñado a poner así. Claro, es la empresa a quien enseña. No voy a hablar de sabores. Están buenos, pero nada que ver con el estándar, el nivelazo que tiene Zaragoza.

O han perdido calidad con respecto a antes (ya no lo recuerdo aunque he comido muchos aquí) o bien lo hacen como fiestas de Pilar.

... Ah, y al de redes sociales, está claro que no, no se esfuerzan por mejorar. Tras escribir mi reseña fui a ver si yo era el raro, pero parece que es vuestra njeva política, así que volví a escribir al de las redes. Dimitiría como redes por la verguenza de ver estas reseñas y no hacer cambios.

Claro, tienen otras cosas buenas que ya las puse hace 4 años.

2019: Está situado en un lugar EXCEPCIONAL. Además de las mesas en el exterior, tiene mesas en la parte de atrás, en el exterior, en el pasaje. Mucha luz y limpio.

Hacen crepés y helados caseros bien vistosos. Pasar sin verlos es difícil. Y verlos sin comerlos, uhhmm, difícil.
