I was here just to slow down, have a nice cup of coffee, and type up some Google reviews while on vacation. There were a lot of people, but it was during a festival in October. Though I did get serve, trying to get the bill was next to impossible--I really didn't want to impose on the sole waiter who was running around like crazy. I paid my bill at the bar. It is a wonderful place in terms of decoration and location, and the coffee and snacks are nice, but it doesn't deal with crowds very well at all, and considering the location, it is rarely empty. I've been there several times, and it's a good 15 minutes before your order is taken, another 10 before your coffee arrives, and whether you´ll receive what you ordered is up to luck if it is very crowded. Great location and the place is stunning after the refurbishment - truly beautiful. but the service isn't great, the toilets are filthy and unkept, the tortilla almost inedible and maybe there are too many tables? (It's impossible to not sit right next to the door where people stand gazing inside for a place to sit and freezing everyone else in the process).
