The evening started well but too many small things turned it into a bad experience. The welcome at the restaurant was uninviting, maybe because it was a busy evening. I have had better welcomes at the dentist! The circus theme was great - no complaints however, I didn't expect to be part of the circus show that the rest of the evening turned out to be. We ordered food and drink through the app. An OK selection of mediocre pub food. No notification came to inform us when it was ready. After 20 minutes tried to find out where our drinks were but told there was a wait (we had ordered a coke!) our food arrived eventually but most was cold. It definitely did feel freshly cooked. The food was brought to our table as the app didn't work. We were told that sometimes it doesn't. We then went hunting for a knife so that we could cut the food. (we had ordered a few dishes including the steak and fish and chips). Found a knife which struggled to cut through the meat and other dishes. Drinks still not arrived! The serviettes can be used to indicate whether you need help or not but the staff were oblivious to them. We come in a group of 3 children and 5 adults. First: The staff do a great job. They speak English to deal with tourists like us. The downside from the concept of this location is that the guest has to do a job and pickup for the food. For this u have to use your mobile phone and an app. The mobile always in touch with someone. And then you stand up for your food. I go 4 times for picking up food. What a mess! The "Tapas" are most deep-fried and small for the price. I recommend 6 "Tapas" p.p. . The restrooms are dirty and they ask in the app for tipps, and later on the payment again! I give tipps when i like the service and the food! And not when someone ask me for. And here i dont give tipps. It was great, but not for the "restaurant" better go...

Foods and drinks are amazing but serving staff at kitchen are not friendly felt me so bad even coming again to this place as the way they treated. I went near serving place and was waiting, no one talked to me and even looked at me, they just ignore my presence and welcome and talked to all the other people came behind me.. once all gone with their foods, at the end they just offer me food..
