Western Grillhouse & Burgers — Restaurant in Eskilstuna kommun

As you can no doubt see from the photo, this place was definitely an experience to remember! There is a large selection of different burgers, and they can all be ordered as obscenely large as your stomach desires.

The meat itself wasn't all that juicy, and bore the uniform texture, size and flavor of a factory frozen patty. With that said, the meat wasn't really that bad. It made for a perfectly enjoyable burger and was cooked with enough care to retain plenty of moisture in the patty.

The rest of the ingredients were delicious. The salad was actually crispy, which is one of my favourite things in a burger, as it provides excellent contrast to the otherwise mushy feeling of biting into a burger. I was not a fan of the cheese in the particular burger I got, but they have plenty of cheeses to choose from.

The part that really stood out to me was actually the bun. It was really good. Not noticeably sweet like many brioche buns, and not too soft to break apart easily either. It had just enough bite to be a perfect companion to holding the burger together and keeping the juices in without going soggy, but otherwise not distracting from the burger in any way.

If you're a burger fan Eskilstuna is actually a great city to visit (same can be said for much of Sweden - it really is a great country for burgers). Visit Western Grillhouse & Burgers on the day you're really hungry, or if you've always been excited to try the multiple stacked huge burgers known from Heart Attack Grill and the US in general, but are exceedingly...

Good burgers and delicious fries. I found the meat a bit overdone, but it was saved by the amazing bun. The other ingredients in the gunfighter burger worked really well together, especially the cheese. You can size up any burger from 1 patty (150g) to 4 patties (600g).

There was enough room for larger groups and the bathroom was very clean, except for the baby changing table which I think could've been cleaned better.

They had baby chairs available, but I didn't get the best feeling when we went in with a stroller. The head waiter (maybe the owner) was very friendly with the baby, but the other waiters not so much.

Prices were reasonable, especially if you go for the larger burgers. If they're a bit more careful with the meat I think the burgers could be excellent. And also with friendlier staff the place could be 5...

I love the meat in these burgers and the fries are crispy and delicious. This is a place I repeatedly go to because it never disappoints. I'd even say this place competes with many other restaurants that I've visited internationally. I would rank this very high. If you are hungry and want huge hamburgers, they can make it for you. And the potato fries and incredibly crispy! (However lately there has been a bit too much variation in potato quality, so I don't get what I expect....) Of course they have other things on the menu than just beefy burgers - even vegan alternatives.

The selection of wines and beers isn't that great but it's plenty enough to go with any burger.

They've raised their prices since I wrote my review, they're not as cheap as before, but still good value...
