Alkemisten — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

After exploring central Gothenburg, I decided to take a quick ferry trip to an area called Lindholmen, in which I decided to take a mini stop from all the walking at cafe Alkemistend to get an iced americano (38SEK). One of the more well known speciality coffee shop in town, the cafe was quite full despite me visiting near their closing time. A place with simply the most amazing coffee, ambience and staff. Whether it's espresso, bryggcafe, a cortado or even a flat white, the coffee comes out perfectly each time no matter what time of day and who's behind the machine. Also a great place to hangout for fika, to do some work on a computer or to grab some lunch which is always freshly prepared by hand in the kitchen. Simply cannot rate this place...

Everything was perfect... Almost, I got the pesto and mozzarella grilled sandwich. The sandwich was amazing though there was one massive problem, two slices of sourdough bread were used and they were both facing the wrong way, with the larger part facing outward and the smaller inward.
