BENNE Pastabar Lindholmen — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

I decided to eat here because I was in Lindholmen and many other places were closed due to vacation period. I took the "Slow tomato" dish and from an Italian point of view I can say that the handmade pasta itself was not bad but somehow a little sticky while chewing and a bit overcooked, the tomato was not very special, probably was an industrial one. The service was not very fast so if you are in a hurry it's not the right place( I'm referring to the time to take the order, after the pasta is ready it arrives soon). Edit: the pasta is still very good but the service has taken a hit. It’s now self service, you order at a terminal and pick your food up at the counter. The English speaking lady was not super rude but definitely not friendly, either way much worse than before.
