Bar Shtisel — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

I had the pleasure of visiting Bar Shtisel at Karl Johansgatan 4, and it exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and cozy with a subtle elegance that invites you to stay awhile. Every morning pastry and Americano I tried was excellent, and their espresso martini in the evening was a perfect ending to the day.

What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable particularly Ella, whose hospitality went above and beyond for our group.

Despite all the other negative reviews, there really isn't anything like this. It's a perfect location with the perfect interior. I mean it's absolutely gorgeous here. Have a nice cheap beer while watching the sunset at one of the most beautiful, underrated and calm places in all of Gothenburg.

It's a shame though that they didn't have hot chocolate, considering how easy it is to make with what they have.

There's also the drawback that it doesn't feel authentic at all, but the people here are hella...
