SeaCup — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

I am disgusted by the customer service in this place. The staff punched in the wrong beer on the register. She caught the mistake after I had already paid and demanded that we pay the difference. I took issue with this, but my partner was willing to pay. When asked what the difference was, she said 10kr. So my partner handed her 10sek in coins. She proceeded to say that they don't take cash in a and, besides, it was 10kr per beer so we still owed her. So she literally messed up payment for us multiple times. I am blown away by the poor customer service or horrid training...

This café is basically scamming people. Poor quality food and you pay a lot of money for cheap brands, small portions and pasta that tasted old like it had been made a few days earlier. Not worth your time or money. Also, I had typed a review here before and the owner reported it to the police for some reason and accused me of being a bot. I'm shocked. The shrimp also tasted odd and not fresh, be careful so you don't get food poisoning if you decide...

I stopped by Sea Cup Cafe for a cozy cup of tea and left with a smile! The staff were so warm and friendly—their good vibes made the visit even better. And oh my, the citron cheesecake was absolute heaven—light, creamy, and just the right amount of zing! 😍

Plus, the interior is adorable, you can sit outside too to enjoy thr sun which i did yesterday —such a charming spot to relax. Will definitely be back for more tea and...
