A guide michelin restaurant in a five star hotel with a 14 course tasting menu. I don't think much can go wrong here? The tasting menu experience is a true delight both with the food, service the view and drinks. It is actually one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. If I would recommend someone ONE place to reserve a table at when going to Gothenburg - it will for sure be Upper House Dining! I will try to return about once a year from now on.
