This place is run by Italians with a great passion for delivering an authentic Italian pizza experience without fuss. The only pizza place I tried during my stay in Viaby, there is no doubt in my mind that it’s the best. The owner and staff are super friendly and talkative. They have a good selection of wines and Italian beer. Try the Lisa it was fantastic, light and hoppy. Don’t skip out on the home made Tiramisu ! Bonus: If you are familiar with 800 Grader pizza slice resto in Stockholm (Södermalm) they previously ran Baked as a joint venture in Visby.

Hands down the best pizza (in perhaps the whole Sweden) that I had in several years. Marginally better than 800 grader in Stockholm & Meno Male. Really good pizza with crispy and chewy dough. Toppings were also fresh and so tasty, especially the special one with pancetta and sweet potato puree. I am looking forward to visit Visby again with the expectation of having this pizza again 😋. Owner & staffs were all italian (which is very important factor to a genuine pizza 🤌) and very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this place.

These are one of the best pizzas I had in Sweden, they cook the dough on a lower temperature making the crust crispy. It was amazing and mind blowing, if you love pizza you must give it a try. Two slices was enough for me. My favourite one is Margherita but the Potatoes one is worth trying, trust me! They also make an amazing panino, I’ve tried all three and Mortadella was my favourite one. They use the pizza dough as the bread and they bake it when you order, it might take some minutes but it is worth giving a try.

My wife and I were just in Visby to visit an author friend (she loves Baked) and watch the ‘show’ of Medieval Week. We are always in search of vegan food and Baked came up on Happy Cow so we checked it out and totally enjoyed our pie which inspired us to go back. Excellent thin crust, perfect sauce, and veggie toppings that included seasoned potatoes. Indoor or outdoor seating, good selection of wines, ice-cold Peroni on tap, and a friendly bunch of staff who make you feel at home and love having fun.
