The food was good but not exceptional, and the buffet did not feel like good value. It was awkward when the crew member who cut the slow cooking meat put a tiny piece of meat on the plates. I had to ask him: is that all? And then he reluctantly gave us another tiny piece. I understand the desire to reduce food waste but it is a 500 kr buffet. The food is served from a frying pan, which gives the illusion of piping hot, but it’s lukewarm and clearly not freshly cooked off the grill; b. The ribs are thickly coated with bbq sauce, like the one directly out of a package from the supermarket, masking the original flavour of the meat. Their salmon was one of the best we have tasted. The greens and bread from the buffet was included in the dish. The meat buffet (lamb, sausage, beef, pork, chicken etc.) was the real deal. Thank you Julius for your fantastic work!
