Hamnkrogen — Restaurant in Helsingborgs kommun

You have a great view to join drink or food in here but these things below didn’t impressed me at all. The menu is just a piece of paper and they only have one of those. When you pick a table, nobody is coming out for you to help, you have to get the menu your self which is really strange. Some people who is working here .. should not work here since they seem really angry for some reason and really confused. When you ask them something, they answer you with really short and quite replies. But they also have kind people who is working in the bar. The day we ate here and we were sitting outside, the roof almost fell down which made me stress-eat and I didn’t felt comfortable at all. One of the guys who run out to hold the roof thought he was a kind of a hero but the situation got worse after that so he didn’t do much of a hero thing. They didn’t take the situation seriously since they just said: It’s cool we will fix this but it didn’t got fixed since 2-3 other persons came out and it took a lot time until it was “fixed”. I think are very fast since I felt that the roof will fall at anytime and that’s not how you should feel when you’re there to enjoy some food. Of course they couldn’t know that the roof will fall down but they could show a little more care for those who were sitting there. We ordered the food and paid for it as well before we got it, that’s just how it is here. Usually you pay after but anyway that was not a problem. We got our food served but we had to go get the cutlery our self.. wait what? Why didn’t they gave us that like any other restaurant? To be honest that’s not a big deal but come on, I had to get the menu my self, i had to get the cutlery, this is not a good service. The food didn’t taste much at all, we ordered 2 garlic bread, 2 fries and 2 dishes of mussels. The garlic bread was more or less drained in some kind of oil so it didn’t taste nothing else then oil. (See the video I’ve uploaded) The mussels was tasteless and missed salt and everything. The fries tasted good but they also had too much oil inside. The price for this was 626kr which is a lot compared to what they actually gave us. It’s the first time I try mussels here and I will not eat that here again :) maybe a drink or so...

This restaurant provided a disappointing experience with terrible food that made us sick. The service matched the quality of the food, with inattentive and rude staff at the bar. Two bartenders were more focused on joking around than attending to customers waiting to order. Witnessing one bartender handle lemon slices with his hands after coughing and placing them in my drink was unacceptable. Additionally, another bartender was smoking in the back despite the crowded restaurant. Empty Glasses were left on the table and the floor and no body bothered to clean up. Nice place to get a quick bite! Large outdoors heated seating area and a smaller inside seating area. Order and pay at the bar and they will bring you your food. Food was great! Not too pricey, prepared quickly, nice portion sizes and very tasty.

Toilet could have been cleaner and there is only one available for all patrons. Other than that, only positive things to say!...
