We found this restaurant by chance while exploring Helsingborg. We immediately tought it looked nice and we decided to give it a try. The view from the restaurant is really nice, on the docks area, very characteristic; inside, the restaurant is also really nice. The two guys working there were very kind and helpful, and even though we didn't speak swedish, we had no trouble communicating with them in english, even for what concerned the menu. We went to Utsikten one year ago and were very pleased with the food and service. None of our friends have ever tried or heard of this restaurant and we have always recommended they go. After a year we have been back only to find the dishes lack any of the finesse shown last year. The fish is most definitely from a box now and the mashed potatoes and Wallenbergare are too buttery and served without lingonberry sauce.
