We came in and the place was packed, staff seemed exhausted and overworked, we were rushed into ordering so my partner didn’t get to see she was buying deep fried fish (which was extremely expensive for what it was). We watched the pizza chef arguing with our server and all the other staff seemed really tired and upset, the busser apologized for the wait when bringing my coffee, which didn’t take that long so I was surprised, but we never got any water so I had to ask for that. Also had to get up and pay at the counter when I saw other people were paying at their table when we got there. Not sure what happened but seemed like a meltdown took place, overall unhappy I spent so much money for what it was, now that I think about it the next day. The service was good, and the restaurant was in a good area with the interior also being exceptional. The waitress was really nice, I have no complaints about her. Unfortunately, the food was one of the worst things me and my gf have ever eaten. For the price, NO WAY is it worth it. My total ended up being over $100 for a few things. I visit the restaurant 2-3 times per year and I am generally very satisfied. But yesterday I was pretty dissatisfied. Although the restaurant was still completely empty, the young woman at the checkout and the pizza maker behind the counter were very unfriendly.
