I like the restaurant’s clean and modern ambiance, from its minimalist chairs, sleek light fixtures to the open kitchen that adds to the dining experience. The seating options include both regular chairs and high chairs.
The wait time for food preparation was reasonable. I ordered the Tantanmen, and I was impressed by its rich, flavorful broth. As requested, the homemade chili paste was served on the side, allowing me to adjust the spice level to my preference. The noodles were cooked to perfection and there was a wide selection of spices available to customize the dish further. Every bite was packed with bold and satisfying flavors. The serving portions are generous and satisfying. Coffee and tea are included during lunch.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, checking in on our meal and genuinely welcoming our feedback.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be...
Read moreIf you habe seen some of my reviews i am happy to tell you, its been found. The diamond of asian restaurants in Östergötland. I didnt think it could be done but like a man dying of dehydration in the desert, the one ramen god finally showed me to Boru.
I have eaten here several times, shoyu ramen, donburi, tsukemen. All of it easily matched the food i have tasted in asia. The noodles are not flappy like your ex boyfriend but firm and with excellent texture. The broth is actually puttering for days and it shows. The broth probably gave me the strength to fight back all of china. The egg, oh woowie, here we have something brought forth by a golden goose, encased in soy. Tastes like a slice of heaven. If you are here during summer, take a shot at the tsukemen, you wont regret it. Service has been lovely with people who serve you with a smile.

Read moreThe first time I tried the classic tonkotsu Ramen. It was nice, but it can be improved. Therefore, I gave these two lovely owners few tips. For example, pork Chashu would be even better if you roasted after you slice it. Secondly, the “origin pork” flavor can be reduced by boiling the pork once and make it into the broth.
Surprisingly, I came back the next week and I already saw their improvements on their ramen. The second time I ordered Tantanmen ramen (Tips: Could be spicy for people not used to it) But its chili oil completely match the ramen. The fragrance and its spice that I can just give one word to describe “Freshness”.
I am pretty sure I will come back again to see the new ramen. I can confidently say it the top1 ramen in Linköping because of their willingness to listen to customers and their creativity in making new...
