The owner also offers a sample of tea of the week (good black tea from Srilanka) warm and perfect for the rainy day.

The owner also offers a sample of tea of the week (good black tea from Srilanka) warm and perfect for the rainy day.

I live right down the street and I try to visit as often as I can! This place is not just very cosy (it's a fairly small space but very nicely decorated). The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Also, the scones are so good, and there are vegan and gluten-free options for those who would prefer that. I can't recommend this place enough, it's a wonderful place for some alone time or just catching up with someone without a thousand other people and overpriced coffee in a crammed and loud...
